The Red Tractor quality mark stands for a rigid set of standards ranging from cultivation, storage and animal welfare to transport, processing and packing. Brakes Welsh Primal Cuts and Joints of Lamb are Red Tractor-assured and are available as Boneless Lamb Leg, Lamb Carvery Leg and Lamb Neck Fillets.

Also Red Tractor-assured is the new Premier Slow Cooked Belly of Pork, an outdoor-reared British pork belly joint gently cooked in its own juices and marinated with sprigs of thyme, olive oil, sea salt and black pepper. It is available in packs of eight x 200-230g.

Corn Fed Chicken has a golden tint to the skin and offers enhanced flavour, moisture and texture when cooked. It is available as Chicken Supremes in packs of four x 200-230g with the skins left on.
