Mediterranean Gnocchi and an improved Salmon in Chardonnay Sauce have been added to The Authentic Food Company's Mediterranean range.

The 350g gnocchi portion is cooked and served in a sun-dried tomato, basil and spinach sauce, while the salmon (225g) is cooked with asparagus tips and coated in a Chardonnay and dill sauce.

The Mediterranean Gnocchi can be microwaved from frozen in three minutes, and the salmon can be cooked in the bag in simmering water for 20-25 minutes.

The company has also expanded its Classics range with Hunters Chicken (300g) and an improved Beef Steaks in a Peppercorn Sauce (350g) dish.

Hunters Chicken is a whole chicken breast wrapped in bacon, cooked in a BBQ sauce and topped with melted cheese. Once defrosted, it can be cooked in the microwave for four-and-a-half minutes.

The Beef Steaks in a Peppercorn Sauce combines tender pieces of beef steak with mushrooms and onions in a creamy peppercorn sauce, which can be microwaved in three minutes.
