Sailfish

The sailfish is characterised by a long sail-like fin running down its back, and a strong flavour and firm flesh that is comparable to marlin or swordfish. M&J Seafood supplies sailfish 150-180g and 180-210g fillets chilled.

Alaskan Battercrisp Pollack Fillets and Breaded Alaskan Pollack Fillets are also available and sourced from sustainable fisheries that meet Marine Stewardship Council standards.

The large, skinless and boneless Battercrisp Pollack fillet is coated in light, crisp batter, and 290-340g fillets are available chilled in cases of 12. The skinless, boneless breadcrumb-coated fillet weighs 110-140g and is supplied chilled in cases of 24.

Another new offering is fresh brown crab which is pot-caught off the coast of Devon.

The crabs are supplied whole and in packs of picked meat (454g) and natural crab pâté (500g).
