Dartmouth Smoked Haddock and Scottish Salmon fish cakes have joined the 3G Food Service product line-up.
The haddock fish cakes are made from 20% haddock, 25% Dartmouth smoked haddock, potatoes, Mendip Hills grated Cheddar and a dusting of flour.
The salmon fish cakes comprise 40% Scottish salmon, sun-blushed tomato and Tuscan herb butter, potatoes and a sprinkling of flour.
Each fish cake has a diameter of 9cm and a precooked weight of 100g. They are supplied frozen and have a shelf life of 11 months.
