Haggis-, swede- and potato-stuffed chicken breast

Four new lines of frozen and chilled foods from Whites are targeted at chefs in small restaurants and gastropubs.

For centre of plate, a haggis-, swede- and potato-stuffed skin-on chicken breast comes with a separate whisky sauce and is supplied frozen in 10 x 320g packs.

An Alaskan Sockeye salmon fillet with flaky red flesh is sold frozen with the skin on in 10 x 140-170g packs. Oak-smoked, hand-selected, thick-cut Danish back bacon comes sliced and chilled in 2-2.27kg packs.

For dessert, the company offers a plum, raspberry and fig tart with sweet shortcrust pastry and a caramelised cinnamon filling.

The 12-slice pre-cut tart, topped with pecan nut pieces, and finished with a dusting of icing sugar, is sold frozen.
