FTP Series flight warewasher The modular FTP Series flight warewashers from Hobart can accommodate 7,200 plates per hour using patented technology to increase wash performance while cutting running costs by as much as 50%.

Electrical consumption is reduced by up to 23kW per hour to provide savings totalling perhaps £40,000 over 10 years. Better cleaning is promised through the Contact-Plus wash system, which provides a 65% wider spray jet pattern than rival models, in tandem with the Freeflow conveyor belt, which gives grimy kitchenware no shelter from the jets.

Hobart's Low Chem system directs just half of the rinse water into the wash tank to cut detergent use by as much as 55%.
