The Thermoport series is designed to deliver cook-chill and cook-serve meals. Two-star versions for small to medium-sized quantities of food are made from dishwasher-safe, pore-free plastic and have inbuilt heating.
The stainless-steel three-star models are available in new sizes that boost internal space by as much as 50% without increasing external dimensions. The Thermoport 3000 will now hold 15 gastronorm containers instead of the previous 10, while the Thermoport 2000U can store Thermoport hot and cold boxes in the top compartment.
