The robust model, made from cast aluminium and stainless steel, can produce a mound of uniform slices of tomatoes or onions in seconds, and is claimed to require 60% less counter space than rival brands.
A self-lubricating track material keeps the blades correctly aligned to minimise nicks and breaks. Safety features include an ergonomic handle, protective guards, and table stops to prevent the appliance from slipping during use.
