"Summer in a bottle" is how Innocent describes its limited-edition summer-recipe smoothie, Cherries & Strawberries, which will be available from June to September. Innocent smoothies are a blend of whole crushed fruit and pure juices. The company uses a sour cherry for its almond taste, which it feels works well with the juicy Senga Sengana strawberries, chosen for their bright ruby-red colour that goes the whole way through the fruit.
