The One-Shot Revolver machine from ServEquip enables operators to offer customers a wide range of drinks including smoothies, milk shakes and iced coffee. The drink is blended in the cup that is given to customers, resulting in no waste, removing the need for a blending jug, and reducing cleaning time. The blending lid itself contains all the working parts and is available as disposable, single-use blending lids or as reusable lids. It works by creating a high-speed vortex inside the serving cup. The container is mechanically clamped in position during blending to give control and immediate release, and a touch-panel display allows users to select the blending time required. When preparing beverages that include frozen fruits or ice cubes, a pulse programming feature ensures perfect chopping, grinding, whipping or blending.
