Alana Bicknell has been appointed as sales manager of catering firm Payne and Gunter. As part of the sales team, she will be responsible for finding new revenue streams, building venue relationships and increasing the profile of the Payne and Gunter brand. Bicknell joins from the Royal Albert Hall where she worked for Compass Group as head of events and sales for the last six-and-a-half years.
