Arthur Potts Dawson’s new recipe book giveaway

Eco-chef and all round green cuisine guru Arthur Potts Dawson has a new recipe book out. The Acorn House Cookbook is what he describes as a “green blueprint”, providing readers with a veritable feast of green tips, seasonal recipes and general advice on running a sustainable kitchen. 

With a foreword from River Café buddy Jamie Oliver, the book is split into seasons and is bursting with vivid recipes like beetroot, vodka and soured cream soup and slow roasted pork with spinach, Orach and potato salad, alongside advice on how to produce, cook and choose food responsibly.
