The National College for School Leadership (NCSL) invites tenders for the provision of total facilities management support services at NCSL’s Learning and Conference Centre (LCC) and business administration office in Nottingham. The LCC whilst not formally accredited, currently operates to four-star service standard, equivalent to those found in a commercial hotel.
The overall objective is to deliver inspirational residential accommodation to identified and agreed standards, whilst ensuring value for money to our key stakeholders and sponsors.The requirement is for soft FM, hard FM and administrative support.
