Raymond Blanc the Michelin-starred chef and star of the BBC’s The Restaurant

Raymond Blanc is the Michelin winning owner of Oxfordshire’s Le Manor Aux Quat’ Saisons and star of BBC 2 reality show The Restaurant.

The first season of the hit show saw Jeremy and Jane Hooper triumph although their success with Eight at the Thatch was fleeting.

Blanc, who is himself famed for his commitment to training. Marco Pierre White, Richard Neat, Paul Heathcote, John Burton-Race, Michael Caines and Eric Chavot are just some of the Michelin-starred chefs to have passed through his kitchens, will be looking to a guide a new team to success in The Restaurant’s second season.
