Green & Red
The second project from Huw Gott and Will Beckett of the Redchurch Bar and Café has been heavily inspired by the pair's frequent jollies to Mexico. Green & Red houses one of London's largest collections of quality Tequilas.

Christopher's in the City, London
Christopher's in the City follows the tried-and-tested format of the first restaurant in Covent Garden. The new restaurant and bar features many of the original's classic dishes, but owner Christopher Gilmour also promises to cater for discriminating City folk.

Gaucho Grill Broadgate, London
Argentine steak restaurant group Gaucho has opened in London's Finsbury Avenue Square, its eighth UK restaurant. Steak aside, the menu also offers a variety of Argentinian specialities and vegetarian and seafood dishes as well as Argentinian wines. Gaucho Grill Broadgate includes a bar on the ground floor, the restaurant on the lower ground floor and a private dining room.

Olive Press Pizzeria Bar & Grill, Bolton
Rustic Italy is given a £500,000 noughties makeover in downtown Bolton at the fifth branch of chef Paul Heathcote's Olive Press Pizzeria Bar & Grill. It features cracked-plaster walls, oak-wood flooring, and a floor-to-ceiling column-cum-wine rack. Three dining areas and two bars are spread over two floors and a glass-fronted mezzanine.
