Product Perween's Cooking Secrets curry sauces
USP The authentic Indian sauce blends were developed for the food service market by Perween Warsi, founder of S&A Foods, which supplies Asda's Indian ready meals. It recently launched Zahra Foods to cover the catering and hospitality sector.
Details Made from quality fresh ingredients - including spices sourced directly from India - and no artificial flavourings or preservatives, the sauces are simply blended with water, added to the proteins and vegetables and simmered for 15 minutes.
