Product Moroccan and Middle Eastern sauces and pastes

USP Tagine sauces and pastes inspired by Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisines form part of this new player's line of authentic sauces, spices and ingredients.

Range Tagine sauces include Spiced Date and Chickpea, a thick, tomato-based sauce that is mild, herby and sweet to taste; and Apricot & Coriander, a combination of sweet apricots with garlic, chilli and coriander. Fruity Tagine Paste is composed of dried fruit and a concentrate of warm spices while Harissa Hot Chilli Paste is the famous Moroccan fiery blend of tomatoes, chillis and garlic.
