Product Food for Celebrations brochure

USP For the first time, DBC has combined its autumn, Christmas and New Year party products into one brochure which can be downloaded from its website. It covers meat and poultry finger foods; Christmas meats, accompaniments and desserts; speciality cheeses; and partyware.

Savoury range Finger foods include Mini Naans with Chicken Tikka (45 x20g) and Cranberry and Brie Won tons (50 x 18g). As well as Red Tractor British turkey, the Christmas meat options range from Breckland Duckling (6 x 2.6kg) and Norfolk Geese (5-6kg) to half a Festive Ham (3kg). Oxford Isis Honey Mead (225g) and Mull of Kintyre Scots Cheddar are among the latest additions to the cheeseboard.

Sweet range Traditional favourites such as Matthew Walker Mini Christmas Puddings (36 x 100g) and Mini Mince Pies (1 x 72) are joined by new cheesecakes in After Dinner Mint Wafer and White & Dark Chocolate flavours, along with a Cranberry Raspberry Ruffled Chocolate Gateau.
