Designed originally for bedsits and other space-conscious domestic applications, a new Mini Oven from Dualit also suits food service situations such as quick heating of snacks in cramped front-of-house areas. Measuring 445mm x 330mm x 250mm, the convection oven is fronted by a double-glazed Cool Wall glass door and book-ended by polished, fluted aluminium end castings.
Fitments include a 0-60 minute timer, removable drip tray, interior light and adjustable rear foot. Dualit is showing the new oven along with a new Mini-Chopper for quick pastes, herb chopping and sauce-making and a new chrome version of the Dualit blender with a removable blade.
