Now available in the UK is a range of knives by US manufacturer MAC Knife. There are 15 knives in three series: Professional, Chef and Superior. Light and ergonomically designed to reduce fatigue, MAC knives are hardened to 57-61 degrees Rockwell C and feature thin, flexible blades. They come with a 25-year limited warranty.
Pictured is the 8in Cook's Knife, with a high hollow-ground (Granton edge) blade for comfortable slicing and chopping.
