Cutting boards from Gilberts Food Equipment

Thursday 16 February 2006 00:00

Epicurean's double-sided cutting boards range from ¼in to ½in thick. They are made from Richlite, an environmentally friendly, natural compacted wood fibre, to provide a hygienic non-porous cutting surface which prohibits the growth of bacteria and prevents odours and staining. The surface is temperature-resistant to 175°C, and the Gourmet and Chef series feature a thick juice channel on one side making them suitable for carving joints.

Prices: start from £8
