My favourite... pot

Le Creuset pot

My favourite thing in my kitchen is an old Le Creuset pot, which I inherited from Pierre Koffmann. When La Tante Claire closed, he put everything into storage and when I opened my restaurant in 2006, he gave me all the old cutlery, plates, pots and pans. This pot is really old - it must have been at La Tante Claire for about 15 years so you can imagine all the chefs who have cooked with it. It's absolutely battered now and missing half a handle but I still use it all the time.
