Loch Tay Highland Lodges and Equestrian Centre

The Loch Tay Highland Lodges and Equestrian Centre in Perthshire has been sold off an asking price of £2.75m to Rupert Barratt from Twickenham.

The 140-acre leisure park was established 25 years ago by the vendor, Clive Booth, who is now retiring.

It sits on the shores of Loch Tay in Milton Morenish, by Killin, and is backed by the Ben Lawers mountain range.

The complex includes Mill House (which has four en-suite bedrooms, three public rooms and an office), 45 deluxe lodges, and the 50-seat Boat House restaurant and bar.

The site also accommodates an equestrian centre, an indoor riding school, two stable blocks, an 18-hotel putting green, a marina for 40 boats, and pitches for tepees, tents, caravans and motor homes.

The park was marketed by the Edinburgh office of Christie + Co.
