300 hand-made bakery lines from the Bread Factory

Oat and Bran, Granary Bloomers and Ciabattas are just some of the 300 handmade bakery products delivered fresh to caterers by the Bread Factory.

A French Wholemeal Sourdough (2kg) is comparable to Poilàne bread and has a complex flavour due to a long fermentation process.

A variation of this bread is the spicy and aromatic Potato and Rosemary Sourdough bread (500g) made from 10-year-old levain.

The bread contains freshly baked potatoes and rosemary picked by hand, plus nigella seeds for added character. All products are handmade and can be ordered in quantities from one to 1,000 units.
