Pavé and poppy seed loaves from Délifrance

A Mini Rustic Pavé made from sourdough with a flour-dusted crust for a handmade appearance is a recent addition to the Délifrance range of frozen breads.

The rounded rolls (pavé is French for cobblestone), supplied in packs of 190, weigh 43g, are 7cm long and cook from frozen in 6-8 minutes.

The new Poppy Seed Half Baguette, a 32cm-long bread weighing 140g, comes in packs of 55 and bakes from frozen in 8-10 minutes.

A 440g part-baked White Poppy Seed Bloomer has extended the company's bloomer (or bàtard) lineup and is sold in packs of 16 oval loaves that cook from frozen in 15-18 minutes.
