Fresh breads from Brakes

Wholemeal and white extra-thick sliced bloomersExtensions to the Brakes fresh bread range will allow caterers to offer bread-based snacks around the clock.

Brakes Wholemeal Baps (available in bags of 48) defrost quickly to provide sausage- or bacon-filled breakfast bites, while chunky sandwiches can be made from Brakes White or Wholemeal 800g Extra Thick Sliced Bloomers, which are sold in packs of six.

More adventurous lunchtime snacks can be rustled up using Brakes Panini Baguettes, which are part-baked, unsliced white breads made with extra virgin olive oil and sold in packs of 50; or Brakes 10in Wholemeal Flour Tortillas, offered in cases of 6 x 12, for Mexican-style fajitas.

Other newcomers include Brakes Healthier Choices Baguettes, in packs of 30; Wholemeal Extra Thin Sliced Bloomer, in cases of 6 x 12; and Brakes 4in Wholemeal Burger Buns, in packs of 48.
