Fish and dishes from Royal Greenland

Stuffed Plaice with Prawns, Marinated Salmon Fillets with Herbs and Salmon Tournedos are among the fish dishes offered by Royal Greenland.

The breaded, pre-fried skinless and boneless plaice contains prawns and broccoli in a white sauce and is supplied in 150g portions.

Wild and farmed salmon is marinated with herbs, with skin on but without bones, and is supplied in 100-120g portions; while the premium Salmon Tournedos is available with or without bacon in 95g, 100g and 115g portions.

Royal Greenland supplies an extensive range of fish, including halibut, cod, hoki and coley, and all products are filleted and frozen within six hours of the catch.
