Signatures potato ridges in beer batterMcCain offers more than 60 frozen potato products arranged in the Classics, Alternatives and Signatures ranges.

McCain products go into a blast freezer at -36°C as soon as they have been prepared, and the food's temperature is reduced from 90°C to -12°C before packing. The products are then cooled to below -18°C in coldstores.

Under the Signatures banner is the Starters and Sides range, available in 4 x 2kg cases and including potato scoops and beer-battered potato lattice fries.

The Classics range offers chips in a wide selection of cuts: spirals, wedges, smiles and croquettes, in six cases each weighing 2.49kg.

The lower in fat and salt Alternatives range includes 3%-fat country-style oven chips and 5%-fat roasting potatoes; while the premium Signatures range includes rustic chips, ridges in beer batter and ridge-cut wedges.

All Signatures products are supplied in cases of four, and each case weighs 2.5kg.
