Mega Lincolnshire Fish Cakes from King FrostMega Lincolnshire Fish Cakes from King Frost are made with white fish and potato covered in light and crispy breadcrumbs.

The 140g fishcakes can be shallow-fried from frozen for 12 minutes or deep-fried in seven minutes and are available in packs of 24.

Various sizes of fishcake are available, including Jumbo (24 x 113g), King Size (36 x 85g) and Standard (60 x 50g).

The hand-filleted basa (pangasius), sourced from the tropical waters of Vietnam, is a white fish similar in taste and texture to lemon sole.

The 60g skinless and boneless basa portions, which are frozen within an hour of leaving the water, have a delicate flavour and provide a suitable option for school caterers.

Young's has also produced an booklet entitled Basa Schools' Report, which provides information about the species plus recipes to meet Government nutritional guidelines.
