Scampi, fish cakes and prawns from Whitby

Scampi, fishcakes and prawns are among the classic fish dishes offered by Whitby Seafoods.

Breaded Scampi, Extra Large Wholetail Scampi in Breadcrumbs, and Battered Scampi are all supplied in 450g packs. Thai fishcakes, containing prawns, crab and Thai seasoning, and Cod and Pancetta fishcakes are made with freshly prepared potato pieces and can be deep-fried from frozen in nine minutes or oven-baked in 1720 minutes.

The company also offers Smoked Haddock and Spring Onion fishcakes and Salmon, Lemon and Dill fishcakes.

For extra convenience, cooked and peeled prawns come in large (70-90 pieces per 1b), extra-large (91-125 pieces per 1b) and extra-extra-large (126-175 pieces per 1b) packs.

Speciality Coated Prawns (450g) are marinated in Garlic and Ginger or Hot 'n' Spicy (containing cayenne pepper) and wrapped in crispy breadcrumbs.

The range also includes Thai Prawns in Batter (350g), King Prawn and Soy Sauce Filo Wraps (1kg), Torpedo Prawns in a Japanese Style Crumb (1.6kg), Butterfly Prawns in a Japanese Style Crumb (1kg) and Breaded Butterfly Prawns (1kg).
