Red Tractor- and RSPCA Freedom Foods-assured sausages have been added to the Brakes frozen meat portfolio.
Three new varieties are available, including Premier Cumberland, Pork and Leek, and Pork and Thyme sausages. Made from fresh pork shoulder and belly, the sausages boast a minimum meat content of 85%.
The Cumberland sausages are infused with black pepper, sage and traditional breadcrumbs, while the other varieties use fresh herbs to give a full and rich taste.
All are supplied in packs of 30. Brakes also offers a selection of frozen vegetables, including Choice Peas in 1kg and 2.5kg packs and mixed packs of peas, sweet corn and sliced carrots in 2.5kg packs.
