Champagne gâteaux from Schöller

Erlenbacher's Royal Champagne Gâteau is laced with marc du Champagne for a distinctive flavour.

Peach cream is sandwiched between light and dark biscuit flavours on a crispy shortcrust pastry base and coated with cream icing.

The gâteau is then hand-finished with white chocolate shavings, dark rings of creamy nougat and chopped almonds along the sides.

Packed one to a case, the Royal Champagne Gâteau weighs 2kg, giving 16 servings as a guide.

The Erlenbacher frozen dessert range also includes tarts, cheesecakes, pies and cakes made from all-butter ingredients.
