Watercress soupThe Whites range offers a wide selection of frozen food products, including fish, desserts and soup.

The Alaskan Sockeye salmon can be pan-fried from frozen in 8-12 minutes or grilled for 13-16 minutes. Available in 140-170g portion sizes in packs of 10, the Marine Stewardship Council-approved fillet portions have a flaky red flesh and are sold with the skin on.

The Raspberry, Fig and Plum Tart has a sweet shortcrust butter pastry case and caramelised cinnamon filling topped with plums, raspberries, figs and nut pieces, finished with a dusting of icing sugar and precut into 12 slices.

The smooth and creamy Maris Piper and Old Shire Cheddar soup is made from Maris Piper potatoes and Old Shire Cheddar cheese, while the Cream of Watercress soup is made with fresh cream and fresh watercress.

The 250g individually portioned soups can be cooked in minutes from frozen and are supplied in packs of 18.
