Crispy aromatic duck from Cherry Valley

Seasoned with five spices and cooked in authentic Chinese ovens, Cherry Valley Crispy Aromatic Duck is designed to help chefs offer Chinese dishes whatever their level of expertise.

Each pack contains half the meat of a duck (minimum 440g) which is deboned with only the leg bone and wing joint left intact.

The duck requires defrosting and cooking according to the specified directions and can be served with Chinese pancakes, hoisin sauce, fresh cucumber and spring onion for a starter or a light snack.
