Stem Ginger; Turkish Delight; and Vintage Marmalade are three of the more unusual flavours of  ice-cream available from Criterion Ices.

Additionally the company supplies yogurt ices in five fruit varieties plus natural and there are  six real fruit sorbets plus a Dark Chocolate sorbet and a Champagne sorbet. All are supplied in  4-litre tubs and 4.5-litre scooping trays are also available.

The ices are all freshly made at the Criterion Ices' Suffolk farm creamery. The dairy ices are made  from fresh local cream, British sugar and other fine, natural ingredients; the yogurt ices from  live, organic yogurt and the sorbets from fruit harvested at its peak. No artificial flavours,  colours or GMOs are used.
