According to the official definition, only cows' milk can be used in ice-cream, so Styles has  called its new sheep's milk product Slim Ewe Iced Dessert.

Available in Vanilla Bean, Dark  Chocolate and Simply Strawberry, the product retains all the natural taste, texture and health  advantages of sheep's milk, while containing less than 2.5g of fat and under 75 calories per 100ml.

On its Exmoor farm, Styles also makes dairy ice-cream from fresh, whole-cream cow's milk with  double cream and clotted cream added for a richer, creamier taste.

The traditional cows' milk  ice-cream comes in 14 flavours including Honeycomb, Chocolate Orange and Cointreau, English Toffee  and Butterscotch Rum and Raisin and Cappuccino, as well as the more traditional Vanilla, Dutch  Chocolate and Real Strawberry.

All the products come in 550ml and 1-litre, 2-litre and 4-litre  tubs.
