Fruit and nut ices from Callestick Farm

New ice-cream flavours for this season from Callestick Farm include Passion Fruit, Nuts about  Chocolate, White Chocolate and Raspberry, Amaretto and Apricots, In addition there are two new  sorbets: Pineapple and Pear.

Farmed by the Parker family for more than 50 years, Callestick Farm is set in the Cornish  countryside close to the north coast of the county and has been producing Cornish ice-cream for  nearly 20 years.

A small herd of Friesians is the source of fresh, creamy milk used for the ice-cream - which also  contains Cornish double or clotted cream. The farm produces about 26 flavours, including Clotted  Cream Vanilla, Oriental Ginger, Hokey Pokey, Butterscotch Pecan, Pink Grapefruit and Gin and Lemon  sorbet.

The catering range is offered in 4-litre, 4.5-litre Napoli and 10-litre sizes.
