Domecq Ibérico hamTop-tier London restaurants are the target for the gourmet Domecq Ibérico  hams distributed in the  UK by Select Spain.

The hams come from pedigree Ibérico pigs, an indigenous black-skinned, hairless breed that has been raised by five generations of the aristocratic Domecq family on a single estate, with an annual production of 3,000 animals. The free-range, acorn-fed pigs are cured for more than three years.

They are supplied on the bone in units of 6.5-8kg, of which 3-4kg is meat, but are also available off the bone or presliced.

The hams have a shelf life of 12 months uncut and will keep for one month after cutting in cool, dry storage .
