Hotel owner and operator Stein Group has taken over the management of 17th-century townhouse hotel the Cadogan in London.
It is the group's first management contract in the UK, although it owns and operates Durley House, also in London.
The Cadogan, in Knightsbridge, had been managed by GLA Hotels since 2003.
In a statement the company said it had ended its association because of uncertainty over the hotel's further redevelopment.
