The Tir-y-Coed Country House Hotel features eight letting rooms, and owner’s accommodation comprising a one-bedroom flat and a detached garage/coach house. The new owner is Ian Tunstead, from Llanrwst. The agent was Colliers Robert Barry, acting for Ken and Gwyneth Kirkham.
