Hotel benchmarking service The Bench has launched in the USA.
Managing director Jamie Chappell said The Bench had been invited to run the service in partnership with electronic marketing firm TravelClick.
The new hotel performance survey, which went live last week, involves around 120 hotels in New York (including classic names such as Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton and the Pierre hotel), 20 in Chicago and 15 in Boston.
