Country Range's new line of ready-to-use Sweet & Sour sauces are designed to help caterers spice up menus with minimum cost and preparation.
The pourable, vegetarian sauces - which are gluten-free and FSA-compliant - can be added directly to dishes or used as dips. They come in two varieties - a smooth sauce with a hint of ginger and a chunkier, fruitier variant containing onions, carrots, peppers and pineapple.
To celebrate their launch, Country Range is offering three readers a hardwood Oriental serving set that provides authentic place settings for four people, including noodle bowls and metal-ended chopsticks. The winners will also receive a 2.25kg easy-dispense tub of each sauce.
