USP This thaw-and-serve dessert scooped a Silver Award in the British Frozen Food Federation's annual awards. It was created to meet growing demand for traditional home-made-style cakes and desserts.

Details The lightly-spiced sponge is studded with sultanas and apple pieces, layered with cinnamon butter cream, topped with fresh Bramley apple slices and dusted with icing sugar.
