Product Fresh As freeze-dried fruits, powders and flakes

USP This line, which won a Fresh Ideas award at IFE, delivers intense flavour and crunch (but not added moisture) to desserts. Fruits, vegetables and other flavours are freeze-dried to preserve taste, texture and nutritional qualities.

Uses Fruit pieces (whole, quarters, slices, chunks, chips or crumbs) will not bleed or lose shape or colour when added to dessert preparations. Flakes can be used as textural garnishes sprinkled over fresh fruit.

Range Fruit pieces and powders include familiar favourites such as raspberries and pears as well as more exotic species such as feijoa. Powders also include vegetable, herb and spice options (such as beetroot and lemon grass) while flake options range from balsamic vinegars to manuka honey and pomegranate molasses.

How supplied Quantities range from 50g to 200g
