Manchester-based Payal Group has appointed Martin Crank as general manager. He joins from hospitality and event catering provider Sodexo Prestige where he spent 10 years. Crank also held various management positions in Swiss five-star hotels for 10 years prior to this and was the event/hospitality consultant at The Co-operative group.
