Details The GN-compatible glass and steel cabinets hold and display food-to-go snacks, such as pies and pastries, in optimum condition on optional angled deck panels. The range includes toppers with heated bases and quartz halogen heat lamps above, a heated bains marie version, a contact-cooled refrigeration model and matching one- or two-level ambient display cabinets.
Features Cabinets come in either enclosed-front, assisted-service or open-front, self-service versions. Both feature toughened curved-glass sneeze screens of varying heights and removable glass side cheeks.
