Selfridges is promoting Thai cuisine at its two Manchester stores in concert with London's Blue Elephant restaurant, one of the first 15 Thai restaurants in the world to be awarded the new Q Mark of Excellence by the Thai government.
The event, which kicks off today (25 September) and runs until 5 October, will offer Thai dishes created by Blue Elephant chefs at both the Trafford Centre Spirit and Exchange Square Hubbub restaurants. Blue Elephant chefs will also offer advice and cooking demonstrations in the food halls, where a range of do-it-yourself Thai meals for less confident cooks will be on sale.
