The Ebury, London
The latest London restaurant and bar project from entrepreneur Tom Etridge, who also owns the Waterway in Maida Vale, Golborne House in Notting Hill and the Wells in Hampstead.
This time it's a 200-seat ground-floor brasserie, seafood bar and lounge and a more formal first-floor dining room. Opens 1 October.

Rogue bar, Edinburgh
