Time is running out to enter the Salon Culinaire cookery competition

Time is running out to register for the Salon Culinaire cookery championships to be held at Hospitality 2009 at the Birmingham’s NEC.

In total, 50 competition classes are available to enter at the show, which takes place from the 19 to 21 January and the deadline to register is 1 December.

Both Salon Display and the live cooking of the Live Theatre are being sponsored by contract caterer Compass Group, which had a very successful competitive outing itself at Hotelympia earlier this year.
