Triple Red Berry Dessert from Délifrance

Tuesday 25 November 2008 11:00
The eye-catching Triple Red Berry Dessert from French pâtisserie manufacturer Délifrance is made to a traditional recipe from the town of Dax in the south-west of France.

Two layers of almond meringue encompass soft raspberries, blueberries and redcurrants, layered with light bavarois cream and hand-finished with raspberry coulis.

The pre-scored packaging enables the Triple Berry Dessert (820g) to be sectioned into 8-12 equal portions easily, and the small case size optimises freezer space.
